I can not wait for more days like this one. Perfect weather and great trails.I hear about weather or not I am getting a house with some friends today.
If it happens it's going to be amazing, and there will be a house warming party
for sure.

Haha still working on the house, the owner is kind of throwing us for a loop and putting us on the backburning for a little bit to see if a family will happen to come in.
He jacked up some insurance price or some BS so it is going to cost more money than we thought to get in to the house... But if we can still round up the money it will definitely still be worth it. Just coming up with the extra $800 will not be easy for us.
